Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. An incorrect or incomplete shipping address voids our guarantee. Please verify all shipping addresses and provide a valid phone number for Shipping and Billing Addresses in the event a delivery issue arises.

How much Does Delivery Cost?

We charge a flat rate delivery fee of only R110 to all suburbs and areas covered by our Gauteng delivery zones.

How Do you Package my order ?

HANDLED WITH CARE

As soon as you place an order with Rabbit Meat Deli, we do make extreme effort to ensure that your package arrives in good condition. All of our products are vacuum sealed for extra freshness. We then package your order individually in your own box. The box is then sealed and stored frozen until the courier picks it up.

When will I receive my Order?

Your package will arrive in 3-5 business days or less from the day we receive your order. Your order may be dispatched and arrive earlier than the requested delivery date due to logistic conditions. We will confirm the dispatch of your order and our friendly courier will contact you upon arrival at your address.

Can I Pick Up My Order?

No you cannot pick up your order as yet. We are a online shop only and have no physical location, your order comes straight from the farm to your door. We are hoping to open a Rabbit Meat Deli Shop in the Near future where you can come shop and physically choose your products. Our customers are scattered all over Gauteng and we can reach all of you via delivery. You can safely and conveniently get access to rabbit meat from the comfort of your home.

I do not live in Gauteng, Can I still Place an Order?

Yes You Can Place an Order if you do not live in Gauteng. We can ship orders across South Africa. You need to contact our Customer Support and we will assist you in shipping your order to wherever you live.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

There must be somebody who can collect your order at the delivery address which you provide. Inform the people in your house that you are expecting a delivery. Add an alternative number of somebody to call when we arrive at your address.
